Keeping track of your investment orders is crucial in managing your portfolio effectively. On the Black Star App, you can easily check the status of your investments. Here's how:
Step 1: Go to Your Account
Open the application. Navigate to the 'Account' tab from the bottom menu to access your investment details.
Step 2: View Your Portfolios
In the 'Account' section, you’ll see an overview of your total balance and the day’s performance.
Below, you’ll find the 'Portfolios' section. Tap on the portfolio for which you want to check the order status.
Step 3: Access Order History
On the selected portfolio’s page, you will find tabs for different types of activities. Tap on the ‘My Orders’ tab to view a list of all your orders.
Step 4: Review Order Details
You'll see a list of your recent orders, including buys and sells. Each order will show the name of the security, the amount, and the status—like 'Pending', 'Filled', or 'Cancelled'.
Tap on a specific order to see more details, such as the quantity, order type, and the date of the order.
Step 5: Analyze Order Information
On the order details page, review the specifics of your transaction. You can confirm the asset class, the order amount, and any remaining quantity yet to be filled. This page will also show you the type of order placed, whether a market order or a limit order, and when the order was made.
Step 6: Follow Up If Needed
If an order hasn’t been filled as expected, or if there are discrepancies, you might want to follow up. Use the app's contact or support feature to get in touch with customer service.
