Finding Your Client ID Number

Your unique Client ID number issue and  a critical piece of information that identifies your account with Black Star. Whether you need it for customer support inquiries or for setting up certain account features, finding your Client ID number is straightforward. Here’s what you need to do.

Access Your Profile:
Open the app on your device. Navigate to the ‘Profile’ tab, usually located at the bottom right of your screen.

View Account Information:
In the ‘Profile’ section, you’ll see an overview of your account information. Tap on 'Account Information' to proceed.

Locate Your Client ID:
Within your account information, look for the section labeled ‘Unique Client Code’. Your Client ID number will be listed here. It's a combination of letters and numbers unique to your account.
