Follow these steps to obtain the necessary details for initiating a bank wire transfer in GHS or USD on the Black Star App:
1. Open the Black Star App and Navigate to Profile
- Open the Black Star App, and tap on the Profile tab at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Access Bank Transfer Details
- In the Profile section, scroll down to Bank Transfer Details.
- Tap on either GHS Details or USD Details depending on the currency you wish to use for the transfer.
3. Select the Portfolio
- Select the portfolio for which you need the bank transfer details by tapping on Select Portfolio and choosing from the available options (e.g., Aseye, Retirement, Emergency, Investment).
4. View and Copy Bank Transfer Details
- Once the portfolio is selected, the relevant bank transfer details will be displayed, including the bank name, account name, account number, branch, SWIFT code, and transaction reference.
- Copy these details to use them in your bank's wire transfer form.
5. Transaction Reference
When making a bank transfer into your account, it is crucial to include your Client ID and Portfolio Code in the transaction reference. This of information allows for quick and accurate identification and allocation of funds to your account once the transfer is completed successfully.

- Depending on your banking service provider, transfers may take a few mins to some days to reflect in your portfolio.
