Follow these steps to purchase existing Treasury Bills (already issued T-Bills) on the Black Star App:

Open the App
- Launch the Black Star App on your mobile device.

Navigate to the Invest Page
- Tap on the Invest tab located in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.

On the Invest page, select the Fixed Income tab to view Treasury Bill options (Auction & Tbills).

Switch to the Bills Section
- Use the dropdown menu labeled Auction at the top-right corner of the screen and select Bills.
- This will display existing T-Bills that are available for purchase on the secondary market.

Select the Desired T-Bill Option
- Browse through the available options and select the T-Bill that matches your investment preference. For example, you might see options like TB 14-JUL-25, TB 17-FEB-25, or TB 28-APR-25 with their respective interest rates displayed.

Select Your Portfolio
- Under Select Portfolio, choose the portfolio you want to use for this investment (e.g., Investment, Retirement, Aseye, Elikem, Emergency).

Enter the Amount You Want to Invest
- Input the amount you wish to invest in the selected T-Bill. The app will display details such as the Conversion Rate, Order Amount, Rate, Estimated Interest, and Maturity Amount.

Review Your Order
- Confirm all the details of your transaction, including the amount you are investing, the interest rate, and the expected returns.

Proceed to Buy
- Tap on the Proceed to Buy button to finalize your purchase. If you do not have sufficient funds, the app will notify you with a message like “You do not have enough funds for this transaction.”

Receive Confirmation
- Once your purchase is successful, you’ll receive a notification. The T-Bills will be added to your selected portfolio.

- Existing T-Bills on the secondary market allow you to see the exact interest rate before you purchase.
- This option is perfect if you missed the primary auction or if you’re looking for additional investment opportunities.
